Set COM Access permission for IIS

In   Run  Command :

     Write :  DCOMCNFG

Then Component Services Dialog will Popups.

Do Procedure as below :

In Left Menu Select    Componet Services  >>  Computers  >>  MyComputers
                           >>  RightClick >> Properties  >>  COM Security  >> 

In Access permission AND Launch and Activation Permission

Edit Default  >>  ADD  >>  Select Location of Your PC   >>  Advanced  >>  Find Now  >>   Select PC -Name\IIS_IUSRS  >>  OK  >>  Change Permission For User. >>  OK

Do All this for Launch and Activation Permission
